FREE SHIPPING POLICY
*Please NOTE: Due to the impact of COVID-19, order deliveries may be temporarily delayed. US orders will be processed for shipment within 1-7 business days; International orders will be processed for shipment within 5-10 business days. Partially international orders are stopped.
PAXCESS offers free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States, (excludes orders that use discounts and promotions). Orders in some remote areas will be charged part of the shipping cost based on the weight of the product.
Please note that the product marked on the pre-sale product page is expected to arrive in the warehouse. After the product arrives in our warehouse, we will arrange the shippment for you within 1~3 business days. And you will receive the email "A shipment from your order is on the way" after we upload the tracking number. If you cannot accept the estimated shipping time, please send an email to email@example.com to contact us to cancel the order. We will cancel your order and refund it in full.
We strive to get all orders received shipped out the same day. We do have a processing time of within 3 business days on all orders. If you have not received an email in regards to your order, your order is being processed and will ship out as soon as possible. However, most orders are shipped out within 72 hours. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any holidays. Orders received Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number enclosed. You can track your package by going to UPS, USPS, FedEx official website, and entering the tracking number, to see your expected arrival date. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updated information.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
Most of our orders are shipped from the US warehouse in California and Illinois. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the package would be shipped within 1-7 working days depending on the distance you away from our warehouse.
Orders will be submitted to our warehouse shipping system within 24-48 hours after we received payment. Products shipped via free shipping service are normally handling with 1~3 business days. In most instances, all orders are usually shipped the same day. We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Packages generally arrive within 3~7 days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All of the Orders are delivered by UPS, USPS, and FEDEX. Any specified express requested is not allowed.
Shipping and Status UpdateOrder(s) will be shipped by Paxcess in the USA. When you place an order on paxcess.com website, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from Paxcess. Please check your email address. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add Paxcess to your contact list.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We're sorry, we are not able to provide free shipping on international orders, but we can offer the most competitive rates from UPS and DHL.
International orders may be subject to import charges and customs fees. Paxcess isn't responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (cross-border tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are in business days. Customs processing and delivery within the destination country may delay delivery past the estimated shipping times.
