Warranty and Returns
Paxcess Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Paxcess product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth Paxcess’ total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
The warranty period for Paxcess power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Paxcess will repair or replace (at Paxcess’ option and expense) any Paxcess product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, Paxcess, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on Paxcess’ product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Paxcess’ warranty does not apply to (i) any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Paxcess’ current product literature, or (ii) any product purchased through an online auction house. Paxcess’ warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 3 months thereafter.

Product Return and Exchanges
Paxcess offers a 30-day return policy for goods purchased directly from Paxcess.com. We are confident that you will love your new Paxcess product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please complete the form at the bottom of this page, or contact us via phone during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
- You have purchased the product directly from Paxcess (via phone or via the Website)
- You contact Paxcess and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date
- The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.
Exchanges & Refunds
You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty issues. Paxcess does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Paxcess reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 30%. Please note that Paxcess does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications
- Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
How to Return an Item
To return an item you’ll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Paxcess will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can contact us via e-mail for assistance.
Retail Partner Purchases
Every Paxcess product bought from Paxcess.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
