Paxcess offers a 30-day return policy and 12 months warranty service for products purchased directly from paxcess.com.
- The accessories sold on the website have no warranty period. Once sold, we do not honor returns of them.
(NOTE: This warranty period applies only to this website and does not apply to products purchased on other websites.)

If you would like to return your machine, please email to our customer service (support@paxcess.com) for a return label. If the customer pays for the return by self without asking our customer service for a return label, we do not refund the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our Support Team via support@paxcess.com to consult return and warranty service.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Your item must be in the original packaging. Or the refund and replacement will not be issued. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety directions on how to ship the product.
Return Shipping Cost
Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Paxcess reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Quality issues
We will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement after our warehouse receive the items.
Opened and Used Products
We do not offer free returns except in product quality problems or EXTREME product defects,Customers need to pay for shipping.

Please note:To avoid malicious returns and save our labor costs and time. If the customer claimed the product defective and request return. Please provide product videos to us. At the same time, we will detect the cause of the failure after the product is returned to the warehouse. If it is man-made damage or return caused by improper use. We will charge consumers a return fee of 10%~20%, and the return shipping fee is borne by the consumer.
Retail Partner Purchases
Every Paxcess product bought from Paxcess.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
Refund
- Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and provide a tracking number. After we receive the item you returned and check out that the item is in good condition, we will replace or refund you. This will be issued in 5-7 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@paxcess.com.
